Basic principles on environmental measures

The Chemical Goods Headquarters of Nishino Kinryo has established and has been implementing
an environment management system based on ISO 14001 in the sales, distribution, consumption, and disposal processes so that our corporate activities do not harm the lives of humans or other living things on the globe.
Through continuous improvements of the system, we will prevent environmental pollution, protect people’s lives, and move toward realization of a sustainable society.

Looking ahead to contributions to the sustainable development goals (SDGs), Nishino Kinryo is proactively making efforts for environmental preservation, the reform of working practices, and efforts to create a friendly working environment.

Lights out and energy saving efforts

To eliminate energy waste in the office as much as possible, all of our employees are making an effort for frequent lights out and energy saving as a united force.

Promotion of paperless and digitization

Aiming at expansion of digitization of in-house tasks, we are promoting digitization of materials, reducing paper use through the reduction of circulated materials, and improving work efficiency.

Practice of wearing casual clothes in the office throughout the year

Employees centering around office employees wear casual clothes in the office throughout the year. We have broadened the cloth options to address ease of working, as well as diversified ways of working.

Elimination of harassments

In order to promote the creation of a working environment in which all people working at Nishino Kinryo appreciate each other’s values and can comfortably engage in work, we thoroughly eliminate sexual harassment and power harassment.
